Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ae4 platform. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

1Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the ae4 website and platform, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all ae4 services, promotions, bonuses, and other features.
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the ae4 platform. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. ae4 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Bangladesh courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
2Account Creation, Security & Policies
Registration Process
Accurate and complete information must be provided when creating an account on ae4. Registering with false information is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure. Each user is permitted to hold only one account.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, contact ae4 customer support immediately.
Account Suspension or Closure
Ae4 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- In Cases of Terms Violations
- If evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found
- In Cases of Multiple Account Operation
- In Cases of Identity Verification Failure
3User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the ae4 platform, users are required to comply with the following:
- The platform must be used solely for personal entertainment purposes
- The use of automated software, bots, or any automated systems is strictly prohibited
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account is not permitted
- Any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform is not permitted
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above may result in account closure as well as legal action.
4Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on ae4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via popular mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Withdrawal Terms
Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Funds will be returned via the same method used for the original deposit. ae4 reserves the right to suspend payments in cases of suspected fraudulent transactions.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
Each bonus and promotion has its own wagering requirements. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified conditions have been met. For full details on bonuses, FAQ Section view.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
Ae4 will not be held financially liable for any temporary service disruptions caused by technical issues, server downtime, or other circumstances on the platform. Any financial losses incurred through gaming or betting are entirely the user's own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the ae4 platform are the intellectual property of ae4. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without ae4's written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Integrations
The ae4 platform may include services from third-party game providers or payment processors. These third parties operate under their own policies and terms, and ae4 is not responsible for their operations. Users are advised to review the terms and conditions of any relevant third parties.
6Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ae4 may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be settled through the competent courts of Bangladesh.
